Betting on xx998 is about more than winning or losing — it's entertainment. We want every member to enjoy themselves, but within their limits. That's why xx998 offers the most comprehensive responsible gaming tools of any online betting platform in Bangladesh, completely free of charge.
Online betting and gaming are purely for entertainment — they should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, use xx998's responsible gaming tools or reach out to our support team.
Responsible gaming means enjoying betting and gaming — but knowing your own limits. Play for fun, not in a way that harms your family, your health, or your finances.
Xx998 believes responsible gaming isn't about shutting down the platform — it's about giving members the right tools and information to make their own informed decisions. We treat every member as a capable adult who, when properly informed, can choose what's best for them.
Family is at the heart of Bangladeshi culture. Hiding your betting from loved ones, spending household money on bets, or borrowing to play — none of this falls within responsible gaming. xx998 does not encourage such behaviour; instead, it provides tools to help you stop.

Watch Out for These Warning Signs
If betting is preventing you from paying bills, leading you to borrow money, or draining your savings — that is a serious warning sign.
Staying up late to bet, losing sleep, or noticing physical health issues — don't ignore these signs.
Arguments with family over betting, withdrawing from friends, or a tendency to isolate yourself.
Feeling intense anger or distress after a loss, failing to feel satisfied even after a win, and always wanting to play more.
Hiding your betting from family or loved ones, or lying about it — this is a clear sign of a problem.
What xx998 ensures when it comes to responsible gaming
Age verification is carried out for every new account on xx998. Under no circumstances are users under the age of 18 permitted to open an account.
A core requirement of xx998's international licence is compliance with responsible gaming policies. This is subject to regular audits.
"Play Responsibly" and "18+" reminders are displayed throughout the platform to keep members aware at all times.
If you're struggling to control your betting, xx998's Bengali-language support team is available 24/7 — with no judgment, no criticism.
When a member chooses self-exclusion, xx998 fully respects that decision. No option to return is made available before the designated period has ended.
